At Culture Dept, we aim to ensure that your orders are processed, packed, and delivered safely to the address provided at checkout.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment. Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days, subject to product availability and order volume.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to serviceable locations across India through reliable courier and logistics partners. Estimated delivery generally takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details supplied at the time of purchase.

5. Delayed Shipments

Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order details.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and contact number. Culture Dept will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect or incomplete, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, document the condition of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs.
